Spending Xmas in this mountain village was a dream come true. Rooms were cozy, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds and warm heaters. the staff was top-notch, always friendly and helpful, with great local recommendations for dining and skiing. the location was perfect, close to the city center and many dining places, making it easy to explore. Plus, the breakfast included machine coffee, my favorite!

Although the bedding was comfortable, the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. the street noise could be a bit loud at times.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful, driving us to the garage when our vehicle broke down, and even lending us the hotel minibus. The breakfast had good selections, including really good machine coffee, and the hotel offered a free garage for our vehicle. The hotel is centrally located, close to the city centre and the motorway exit, making transportation easy.
